First of all the hotel team is just wonderful, especially Jay that has been absolutely adorable with us, that made us feel at home, besides being more than helpful with all the advices to make our stay even more interesting and helping us around to get more memories. She has been professional and really sweet with us. We even had a problem during our stay by forgetting our phone into a cab, and she managed to contact the agency and got it back delivered to the hotel. We can't thank you enough for making our stay so unforgettable. The hotel is clean, with daily changes of the linen , very clean swimming pool. The breakfast was rich and very tasty, I would recommend the pineapple pancakes. The location: rawai is a quiet area enough for you to relax, but there are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby for you to enjoy the Thailand spirit. Also, the free shuttle provided by the hotel was really good and allowed you to enjoy amazing spots around the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here and would surely come back

very good location, 5-10 minute walk from kata beach and about 10-15 minute walk to kata noi, we stayed 3 weeks in Phuket in 3 different hotels (similar price range) and this was by far the best one. rooms got cleaned everyday, fresh towels everyday, friendly staff, calm atmosphere good WiFi everywhere in the hotel. also this was the only place where we could watch our own content on tv (Netflix/YouTube) other than this the breakfast was good and they tried to do a few different things everyday. it never felt too crowded so that is a plus as well. overal would definitely recommend and we might even go back here if we ever find ourselves in Phuket again.
