We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there agin in the future We stayed one night on our way down to Gauteng and were so impressed that we stayed there again on our way back home. Featuring garden views, Karkloof Hideout offers accommodation with barbecue facilities and a patio, around 16 km from Karkloof Nature Reserve. This was my second time staying here, this time in the new Hideout Cabin. The outside of the cabin was really striking on arrival, the panelling on the outside was so different to anything I’d seen before! The decking was perfect to enjoy the nature around you and I loved that it was built around the bottle brush tree! Inside was beautifully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole place had a real romantic feel to it. Cant wait to come back and visit again!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, PIGEONWOOD Forest Cottage is set in Ballito. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The place was very quiet and centrally located, and the bed was sooo comfy! The hosts were so kind and were there to help with anything you needed. I 100% recommend staying here! A beautiful property that has everything you need.

Featuring a balcony with pool views, an infinity pool and a garden, Zimbali Heritage Place can be found in Ballito, close to Zimbali Beach and 1.9 km from Tongaat Beach. What was not to like!! Beautiful house, big bedrooms, all ensure, balconies, private pool at the house, view of the sunrise and sunset and the sea, monkeys and birds all around, friendly staff, a golf cart to get around, the Estate general pools to swim in, access to the beach, a stones throw from swimming beaches or Ballito shops, feeling safe. We can't wait to go back!

The Croft is located in Hilton, 11 km from KwaZulu-Natal Museum, 12 km from Umgeni Valley Nature Reserve, as well as 13 km from Comrades Marathon House. I did not have breakfast as I took the self catering option. Lizzi was wonderful and offered me freshly laid eggs to make. I had such a lovely stay. The units are beautiful and I can see it took a lot of planning and great care in designing each one. My cottage was wonderfully clean and inviting. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Lizzie for caring about my well being and checking up when I did not arrive on time. I found The Croft to be my home away from home and nothing I write here can put into words the wonderful stay I had.

Located within 15 km of Falaza Game Park and Spa and 24 km of Makasa Nature Reserve in Hluhluwe, Imani Bush House & Silver Sky Chalet provides accommodation with seating area. We loved everything about the place it was perfect, the privacy, the nature surroundings. Top of the cherry was running into a Giraffe on our way back to the house

Featuring quiet street views, 56 Zimbali Wedge provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a patio, around 2 km from Tongaat Beach. The unit was super clean and very comfortable. Looks beautiful.

Offering free WiFi and mountain views, The Cottage on the Corner is an accommodation set in Himeville. The property features garden views, plus is 600 metres from Himeville Museum. I've never stayed in such a well thought out accommodation before! Literally couldn't think of a single thing that was lacking - and all fit into a pristinely-kept cottage. The host is so lovely as well. Very close to Sani Pass road, which is newly redone and a beautiful ride (up to the border post). We lit a lovely fire and I enjoyed a relaxing jacuzzi bath during loadshedding. Will definitely return!
