I'd definitely stop there again if I was visiting the area. Easy to park in front of the building from the pictures. AC worked fine, WiFi as well.

And the best of the best: the condo is located in a building where there is also a hotel and the employees of the hotel treat you exactly the same way as they do for other hotel visitors. SO RARE in Brickell.

It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.
