Το Candeias do Souto βρίσκεται στην Bragança της περιφέρειας Norte, σε απόσταση 9χλμ. από το Κάστρο της Braganca. Προσφέρει βεράντα και θέα στο βουνό. Στις εγκαταστάσεις λειτουργεί μπαρ. Candelas do Souto is a lovely converted farm house. It has lots of charm from the outside and is modern and clean inside. There are areas inside the property that show parts of the buildings history and old working life. There is a small but beautiful garden at the back of the property that is perfect for relaxing in.

Το Quinta De La Rosa είναι ένα οικογενειακό κατάλυμα και οινοποιείο στη δεξιά όχθη του Ποταμού Δούρου, σε απόσταση 2χλμ. από το Pinhão. Τα δωμάτια σε αυτόν τον αμπελώνα βρίσκονται σε διάφορα επίπεδα. The food at this restaurant was outstanding! The best food I have had in Portugal and I have lived here for a year. We will definitely go bac!!

Breakfast was lovely with fresh juice, pastries and fruit. We were also sent away with extra slices of cake and fruit for our journey! We also had dinner there and nothing was too much. The food was excellent but was clearly prepared just for us and made it even more special with all the beams and vineyard features such as barrels in the reception and dining room. The bedroom was very cosy and the bed was extremely comfy and bathroom with a bath was excellent. The room was very large and had lots of features to make us feel like we were in the vineyard. The best bit was when we arrived and we were greeted by the family with glasses of port from their vineyard for free before sitting by a toasty fire to warm up - perfect welcome!!

Το Casa do Santo - Wine & Tourism είναι σε Provesende και απέχει 13 χλμ από Natur Waterpark και 37 χλμ από Museu do Douro. Beautiful place in a quaint little hilltop village.

This is a newly opened property, I think it was the first or second week that they have been open so we were some of their very first guests...The Property "Quinta" is located a little way outside Braga in a quiet location. It is a family-run property and upon arrival, we were initially greeted by Joao, one of the 3 sons, and the mother and father (Mae and Pai) also came out to greet us. We were given a tour of the rooms in what was originally a wheat-drying facility, now a beautifully renovated building. The renovations are beautifully done with wonderful design features that were clearly professionally designed and executed. As we were the only guests that evening we chose the room overlooking the pool area. Shortly after settling into our room, we were surprised by an amazing view of food and drinks poolside, prepared and cooked by the Mae and Pai using either produce from the property or local sources. Pork chops, cheeses, bread, homemade sausage, ham, and Wine from their vines. We sat by the pool enjoying the delicious food and despite the parents speaking almost no English and our limited Portuguese, we laughed and talked for hours. The following morning we had more delicious freshly prepared foods including a cake straight from the oven and freshly squeezed orange juice using fruit plucked off their own trees. It was clear that they are incredibly proud of their home, their family and the "Quinta". We were genuinely made to feel like family, NOT guests. Amazing. We actually returned the following evening and were welcomed with a tour of their fields, vineyard, sheep, ducks, beautiful German shepherds and so much more. The property is a not in town - but not far out - however, it is an oasis of kindness, peace and warmth. There is nothing not to love about the farm, facilities or family. A hidden gem.
