Huvila on todella hiljainen, lähellä ei ole mitään, mikä aiheuttaisi häiritsevää ääntä. Ajomatka Tivatin lentokentältä on alle tunnin ja Budvasta vain 10 minuuttia. Tie on lähes perille todella hyvä, ja viimeisetkin sadat metrit ovat ajettavissa isollakin autolla. Huvilalla on iso, neljälle autolle sopiva, portilla varustettu parkkipaikka. Huvila on lähes uusi, ja kaikki materiaalit laadukkaita, laattaa, parkettia ym. Myös sisustus niin sisällä kuin ulkona on uutta ja tyylikästä. Kaikkialla on hohtavan puhdasta. Huvilan kaikki neljä makuuhuonetta ovat tilavia, kuin omia viiden tähden hotellihuoneita omilla tyylikkäillä kylpyhuoneilla. Kaikista makuuhuoneista on upeat näkymät merelle, kahdessa on lisäksi parveke ja patio. Vuoteet, tyynyt ja vuodevaatteet sekä pyyhkeet ovat myös laadukkaita ja niitä on paljon. Huvilassa on kaksi hyvin varustettu keittiötä, joista löytyy kaikki mahdollinen omiin kokkailuihin. Allasalue on upea, täysin suojaisa ja sieltäkin on upea merinäköala. Altaalla on oma suihku ja wc, ja toinen keittiö on aivan vieressä. Myös huvilan puutarhat ovat upeita ja hyvin hoidettuja. Isäntäpari, varsinkin Senka, oli aina valmis antamaan neuvoja ja he toivottivat meidät tervetulleiksi valtavalla määrällä hedelmiä, juustoja, makeisia ja juomia. Senka jopa järjesti meille ravintolalounaan huvilalle. Palveluihin kuului myös välisiivous sekä vuodevaatteiden ja pyyhkeiden vaihto viikon puolivälissä. Voimme lämpimästi suositella huvilaa, ette tule pettymään. Jos tulemme Montenegroon uudelleen, valintamme on ehdottomasti tämä. Ari & Anna-Mari

Situated in Budva and with Aqua Park Budva reachable within 10 km, Resort & Villas Carević features express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a private beach area, free WiFi and a seasonal... The villa is impeccable and looks exactly as in the photos. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a huge plus. The villas are located on a farm, so we could watch deer and roosters from our terrace. Our host Andrijana maintained a perfect balance between respecting one's privacy and making sure every guest had all they needed--and more. She helped us with airport transfers, beach access, car rentals, underfloor heating in the villa, etc. The breakfasts were delicious, copious and varied (seven or eight options on the menu, enough for a seven-night stay). The portions are so large that we ended up ordering one dish for the two of us. Highly recommend the Carević restaurant for lunches and dinners as well. Make sure to try their scrumptious cheesecake! Thanks so much to the Carević team for being so genuinely hospitable and for clearly loving what you do! If we ever go to Montenegro again, this place is going to be our number one option.

Great views. Very clean. Spacious. Stocked with everything one would need for a great stay. Hosts were wonderful and generous.

The house is great, very clean and well maintained. It even has everything you may need, and even a fireplace (we did not try it though). Additional huge plus is a free parking space for 2 cars. The location is 2nd to none: 3 min walk from Old Budva Town, a supermarket just around the corner. And, of couse, the owner Andrija is one of the nicest and welcoming persons we have met in Montenegro so far. Very respectful, friendley, educated gentleman. We hugely recommend this property and give it 5+++ stars rating. Hvala, Andrija!!! See you again one day!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Villa Portico is situated in Budva. This villa features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. This is an amazing place, plenty of space for everyone, bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the view is to to die for. The pool was fantastic spent time in it everyday. Location is quite remote but there is a bus stop at the end of the drive where you can either go to Budva or Podgorica stopping off along the way. Branko was a taxi driver in Petrovac we used him on several occasions he was very reliable and reasonably priced. Gina the host was kind and very helpful, we loved our stay here
