Passport Villa is located in Steung Thmey Village, within walking distance to Siem Reap’s Old Market, Night Market and other shopping and dining options. The owners and hosts, Katherine and Khan are what makes this property outstanding . We were greeted with "when you stay with us you are staying with family..." and they meant it. They provided us with incredible local knowledge to supplement the guide books and vlogs we'd seen, arranged for a local driver - Kim, who took us on three separate days to Angor Wat and various attractions around Siem Riep.. Katherine, arranged and booked tours for us, some at the last minute, arranged for taxi service to the airport. Without these wonderful people our trip would not have gone anywhere as smoothly as it did nor as enjoyable. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel / resort, this is not it as the rooms / hotel facilities are simple, clean, comfortable and functional. If you are looking for a 5-start level of caring and help, this is the right place as they will provide you with help better than any 5-star concierge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was home cooked and simple but certainly sufficient, tasty and convenient.. We'd highly recommend Passport Villa.

The hotel is so beautiful. It must be new because everything is just lovely. Big room. Absolutely lovely family that owns and runs it. They are also helpful and generous, preparing me treats and snacks without my asking.

Boasting pool with a view and views of pool, Atoh's Maison is a recently renovated villa set in Siem Reap, 4.5 km from King's Road Angkor. Lovely spot, lovely pool and garden, rooms and outdoor space are beautifully decorated with genuine art. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The meals are great, home cooked and good value. The hosts are lovely people, very attentive and caring, they were above and beyond helpful and helped us organize our sightseeing. They have a tuk tuk driver at a reasonable rate, he is also lovely, he gave us cold water and cold cloths to cool off at every stop.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Banana Resort, le petit nid de Caro is a recently renovated villa situated in Phumĭ Réach Born, 2.1 km from King's Road Angkor. Caroline's place is perfect and she is a wonderful host. The service is exceptional before you even arrive. Caroline is prompt in answering all your questions and even saved me alot of money by advising she can call tuk tuks to Angkor Wat once we arrive as I had previously booked a very expensive private car. The villa itself is VERY CLEAN. Often alot of accommodations you see online with good ratings turn out to be a huge disappointment when you get there, but not Banana Resort. It is as spotless as what you see in the pictures. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast is exceptional with both sweet and savoury dishes and the resort offers free filtered water for the duration of your stay. I can't usually be bothered to rate places but Banana Resort was absolutely fabulous experience.

Eath, the manager was fantastic. He helped us book bicycles etc for our trip to Ankor Wat. Nothing was too much for him to help with. Amazing person and fabulous place. Highly recommend.
