Very homey guesthouse that has plenty of facilities. It is fully furnished with a really nice decoration style suiting the farm it is located at. The host is very friendly and kind and invited us to take a look at their cows during milking. All the rooms have plenty of space and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is also very clean and well maintained. Last but not least the surroudings are magnificent!

Literally nothing bad to be mentioned about it. Confy, well maintaned, warm and well insulated despite the heavy winds we had during our stay. A lot of large windows (we saw a small stretch of the aurora right front the bed) and the kitchen has everything one would need for cooking a nice dinner. We even stopped near their farm and saw the beautiful horses they have, there was one nice guy who let us in for a couple of mins. Definitely recommend. It is not cheap but well… what’s cheap in Iceland? The price is fair anyway.

Well equiped kitchen, including coffee machine with coffee capsules, tea and everything you need for cooking. We were there 2 families and didn't miss anything.

This house was perfect! The setting is so peaceful and quiet. A great location for exploring the peninsula. It is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and relax. It was our mid-week stop so being able to do some laundry was a bonus.

Marbakki was a very beautiful, secluded property. My family and I loved the design of the house - it was very cozy and made us feel right at home. The villa had a lot of great touches including a well stocked kitchen (various spices, coffee pods, etc.) and yoga mats. The rooms were small, but the beds were very comfortable. Although there is only one bathroom, it was spacious and very clean. The outside deck overlooking the ocean and the hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the ocean and mountain views. I highly recommend taking an evening or morning walk on the beach! Our family really enjoyed this villa and we will keep it on our list for future Iceland trips!

Villaen har terrasse, 5 soveværelser, opholdsstue og veludstyret køkken med køkkenudstyr.... Location was perfect - great views and at start of hike to Anarstapi. The jacuzzi was amazing and lack of light pollution in the area allowed us to see northern lights. There were various supplies in the pantry which was useful. All rooms equipped with comfortable bedding and bathroom had good shampoo. Amazing standard of accommodation.
