The room was very clean, bright and all the facilities were there. Also, the view on the swimming pool is a real plus as it is totally calm and relaxing. We would like to send a special thanks to Brooke, the owner, who is very kind and thoughtful. It was our honeymoon and she & her staff made this moment perfect: flowers on the bed, mini bar, free bikes... Also a big thanks to Zoul and Moza who were extremely kind with us and offered their help with the smile. We highly recommend Kaien for everything written as well as the good location on Gili Air, really close to the best beaches and best restaurants!

The included breakfast was delicious and abundant. They were able to allow me early check-in which was wonderful. The villa itself was huge, well accommodated, very attractive, and thoroughly enjoyable. The private pool was an absolute delight to have. I regret that I was only on Gili T for one night. I would easily spend a week or more here. The bed was a dream for comfort.

Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing service, totally private villa + pool, good location - close to pier and turtle beach/snorkeling spot, staff helped arrange everything we needed from laundry to snorkeling tour. 10/10 would recommend and would come back again! This is the best place you can stay in Gili Trawangan. Very nice staff, friendly and wellcoming. Great location, quite and surrounded by nature, amazing bungalow and very clean. Very good breakfast. Lutpi welcomed us with delicious refreshments after our long journey and he was also very thoughtful and helpful to us the entire time ready to aid in any questions we had. This place was very clean, comfortable and stocked. Mini fridge ready with refreshments, complementary coffees. Beautiful floating breakfast at your request for additional reasonable cost, delicious choices of food. The pool was clean and honestly the main attraction, there are lounge chairs where you can relax and have a drink or read a book. bedroom upstairs beautifully decorated with sawn blanket and flower accents, thoughtful and detailed.

The room is clean, has all the facilities that you need and the included breakfast was amazing! The bathroom was outdoors and the water pressure was great (the shampoo and conditioner provided had a nice smell as well).

As stunning as the pictures, staff fantastic. Villas have everything you need. Great location, a few minute bike ride from everything or 10 minutes to walk whilst being quiet if you want to relax. Private beach area too. Just really really lovely.
