Everything was as described and the owner was very helpful on our each request. Bottle of wine at check in and served fruits was cherry on top of all. We have stayed there 6 adults and 2 kids and we felt very comfortable. Garden was just perfect for kids to play and enjoy their time. We will visit again for sure. 🙏🏾

Coral Bay Beach is 1 km away. This was a great holiday for us. The villa provided a comfortable base to explore the island from. We enjoyed the large garden with roses and other beautiful plants and trees. Really enjoyed the pool which was a good size and not overlooked. Villa spacious and in convenient location. Within walking distance of supermarket and beach, restaurants and market. Kostas a welcoming and kind host.

Michalis Anoyia is a stone-built property featuring balconies and patios shaded by wooden pergolas and a traditional living area with fireplace. It is set in Kathikas village, within 150 metres from the centre offering restaurants and a mini market. This is a great property with everything you require. They have restored the apartments/houses to a very high standard and are situated right in the village of Kathikas. Communication from Michalis was excellent and this is the second time we have booked both of the homes/apartments as we have brought friends from New Zealand to this exceptional region of Cyprus. If you are looking for exceptional value for money, traditional stone accommodation in a very nice village then you will enjoy your time here. Thank you Michalis. John & Helen

Offering villas with private pools in Paphos’ Coral Bay, Platzia Beach Villas are just 20 metres from the coast. Here you can relax out on your private terrace or in the garden with sun loungers and chairs. Perfect villa! We really loved our time here. Clean, spacious and really comfortable. Place for a bbq, big rooms and bathrooms. You can relax here! Definitely reccommend it. Great pool

Just 300 metres from Chloraka Beach in Paphos, Meltemi offers elegantly decorated villas with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Surrounded by a lush garden, the villas feature their own private pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout. Everything was a must ( location, villa etc...) Wonderful welcome from the hosts Constantinos and Anastasia who were very helpfull and active for us.

Ideally set in the centre of Paphos City, Royal Townhouse in Center Paphos is a recently renovated holiday home, which features free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. This holiday home offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is situated 700 metres from Vrisoudia Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay in the lovely house. The house is fully equipped and is also very clean. The nice boulevard of Paphos is within walking distance and also the shops to do your shopping are around the corner. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with rolls from the bakery 500 metres away. In the evening, we often used the well-equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. We stayed here in February so hanging out on a terrace for dinner was unfortunately not yet possible. The house has very good beds and a nice terrace all around the house where you can sit outside. We would definitely go back again! Oh yes and the landlord was also very helpful in answering our questions! The PDF with tips we received in advance was very helpful.

Aeon Residences - In the heart of Paphos is set in Paphos City, 1.9 km from Kefalos Beach, 2.2 km from Lighthouse Beach, and 2.7 km from Venus Beach. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. It was an amazing experience! The location of the apartment is excellent. You can park below and walk into city center. If you are doubting to stay close to the beach (tourist area) or downtown, I can recommend the latter. Michelle is a great host. Water (with and without bubbles), crisps and some nuts were even included. The apartment also has an elevator in the living room (1st floor) which you can also take to the bedrooms on the second floor. The bed was also amazing. We stayed with 4 people and all loved every second of it! In the mornings we had breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the sunshine.
