We were pleasantly surprised to the layout of the house, the wood stove and the beautiful windows that encapsulate the entire dwelling. We loved the kitchen and made very good use out of it. It felt like a home away from home. We were also isolated and left alone, which was nice. The house is very quiet and private.

The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Also a wonderful laundry room. The bedroom’s were very large and modern. Lastly the manager was wonderful! so kind and helpful. Markus was a great host, which is not a given in Costa Rica. The bungalow was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the beds large. I would recommend ordering dinner in addition to breakfast. The whole place is located in the jungle where you can take a great hike to the waterfalls where no one else will disturb you. So you can go for a short trip here or just relax by the pool which is big enough for swimming. One of our best accommodations in Costa Rica and we would love to come back.

Very positive experience! The houses are immersed in the nature, stunning sunset views and we particularly enjoyed waking up with nature sounds. The room was very clean and with all necessary amenities, also very close to the main Santa Teresa road. Sereen and Sophie have been very available to help and answer any questions we had about pur travel (e.g., best routes to take - advice for travelers, always get a 4by4 car!) Highly recommend The Green House!

YerbaBuena Modern Stay in the Cloud Forest nabízí ubytování pro malé a velké rodiny a skupiny. Nabízí lounge, sdílenou kuchyň, Wi-Fi zdarma a neplacené soukromé parkoviště. Great place - multiple buildings, some with hotel-like rooms (but very spacious) and some that were for a family. Shared building in middle of compound with kitchen and living area (and where the wifi worked best!). Lovely grounds with lots of places to sit and bird/animal watch. Easy walk to multiple restaurants and a small market - location was great. 10-15 minute walk to Monteverde centro, 30-40 minute walk to St Elena centro. The "compound" would be amazing for a family trip where people want to have both shared and private space.

Hostess Vanessa is so caring, relaxed and cool, we immediately felt at home. The walk to the beach is a great adventure (15 minutes through the jungle), we were able to observe great animals almost continuously (monkeys without end!). Great breakfast, great view from the balcony, overall a very good vibe there. Supermarket and fine restaurants are right next door, we definitely recommend staying here for a few nights.

Excellent accommodation in a private, gated area with three houses. Keys are collected from the reception of a property meters down the road. The pool was heated and an unexpectedly great amenity after long days hiking through cloud forests or going to adventure parks. We prepared our own meals in the kitchen, which was reasonably provisioned. A dehumidifier in the property was a great addition and while there was no air conditioning, it wasn't needed during our July visit. Quiet, clean and overall a great home during our stay in Monteverde. Parking on site and behind the gate is provided for each house.

Lidia's Mountain View Vacation Homes se nachází v Monteverde na Kostarice, 3,6 km od Sky Adventures Monteverde a 5 km od zábavního parku Selvatura. Bungalow was very cute and clean, good location (ten minutes walk from town or less), AMAZING host! Sofia brought us fresh fruit each morning, gave us loads of good recommendations, helped us to book shuttles, even helped us with our laundry. Thank you for everything Sofia! For lunch or dinner, we would recommend Taco Station (a neighbour’s takeaway business), Manolo’s and (best of all) Soda de Armistad. Plus the original canopy tour!
