Firstly, we were celebrating a birthday during our stay and the staff went out of their way to make it special. The room and views were immaculate with a great atmosphere around the hotel. The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes walk to the park. The best two days we've had in Colombia... and that's saying something!

The best part of the place is the amazing view. The ocean breezes keep the balcony and cabana cool if you want to open it up for the fresh air. The way it is positioned you don't get hit by the afternoon sun directly so it's a really nice spot to relax. Additionally, the cabana has a lot of small touches and finishing that make it feel really elegant. They didn't just throw together a cabana but you can see the really put time into making it nice.

Buritaca House is set in Buritaca. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2 km from Playa Buritaca. The country house has family rooms. AMAZING!! So clean and comfortable. Perfect place to attend El Rio's parties or to just go hang by the river - it is only a very cheap 3 minute moto taxi or a 20 minute walk! The staff are very kind! There is amazing room service, netflix, and self controllable air-conditioning!! I can not recommend it enough! Also unrelated but "Buritaca Fried Chicken" on the main road is a must!!!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, garden and views of garden, Portales del Tayrona Garden Hotel is set in Calabazo, 23 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Modern, beautiful facilities with a great garden and an amazing pool area. The room was very clean, the restaurant offered a great variety of dishes and the stuff was very attentive and polite.
