Excellent hospitality. We arrived extremely weary after a 15 hour drive to prompt entry, a fresh loaf of bread and cold juice in the fridge. All very appreciated in our tired state. House was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Lemoenfontein Game Lodge is situated within 9km from Beaufort West, this homestead boasts panoramic views of the Karoo landscape. It features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace.

Had a lovely stay, the staff, service and food were great. The dinner is a really lovely homely affair. We took advantage of the walks/hike routes on offer and worked up an appetite to indulge at the bar!

Located in Beaufort West and only 21 km from Christian Barnard Museum Beaufort West, Grootfontein Farm House provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

We were informed by Antonia (Owner) of directions and codes at the gate. We were met by Ina at the house. The house has been beautifully restored. Ina told us when load shedding will take place, for our planning. Antonia also sent us the load shedding schedule. We received a complimentary freshly baked bread and enough wood for the braai for the evening. I liked the things we could buy, if arrived without it (milk, olive oil, fire lighters, etc.) The airconditioning was switched on and rooms were nice and cool. Before we left the next morning Antonia watsapped to enquire if we enjoyed the evening and if anything was all right.

I booked last minute and was surprised at the welcome I received. They were welcoming, and the place was lovely. I left very early in the morning, and our host Almarie was awake to see me off.
