Fransisco was the best host you could ever wish for!!! He helped with everything, answerd every question you may have! Organazed everything so good! If you want to book a room outside Palermo and close to the beautiful Mondello Beach. This hotel is great. 5-10 min walk to it. The garden was beautiful. My family of 5 stayed at 3 places on Sicily (Taormina, Mondello, and Cefalu) and this place was absolutley the best! Don’t hesitate! :D

Giovanna was so welcoming, the studio is huge, homely and well equipped, the location is a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Mondello beach and is located in Giovanna's garden, very peaceful and in a beautiful leafy residential area. I am so glad that I booked this place. As a solo traveler it was just what I needed and I believe I have made a friend for life. It is very private and you have your complete independence, however as I was alone I ended up spending quite a lot of time with Giovanna as she is truly so kind and generous. Coffee, tea, water, toiletries provided.

Michele and Barbara delighted us with typical Sicilian dishes and prosecco wine consumed on the outdoor patio given the spring temperatures. Ninni Mondello House is an exceptional place. Let me say it straight, this is the best visit we have ever had and this is all thanks to Ninni. The place is comfy, clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable and in the kitchen you can find everything you need. Fantasticly located , just 2 minutes from the amazing Mondello beach and 1 minute from Piazza Mondello ,where you can find various restaurants and attractions. But what makes this place exceptional is Ninni. I have never met such a kind and supportive person in my life. He helped me every time I asked him, he was super nice and responsive. When we came he gave us snacks and aperitif and the next evening he prepared typical Sicilian dishes by !himself! with 0km products ,very delicious. At the day we left he gave a present so we can remember this place and him. When we came he was just a host, when we left he became our friend. Definitely recommend this place , and definitely we will come back there again.

The accommodation was absolutely great. We had a special request for a later check-in, until almost 10 p.m. and it was not a problem. We were greeted with a warm welcome, clean accommodation including fragrant towels. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and provides everything you need. We were very satisfied here.

We lived on the first floor, so it was not bad, but I recommend booking apartments in this complex on higher floors, the view will be better. Close to the beach, there is a place to park a car. My only comment is the lack of shelves in the shower cabin. All necessary things should be placed on the floor. But it will not ruin your vacation. Because these apartments have everything for a good rest.

What can I say, it is a cozy luxury hotel that is sure to delight everyone. The rooms are clean, comfortable, modern. The breakfasts are delicious. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful - happy to advise. I am delighted and would definitely love to return. The big advantage is the location, close to the beach, quiet charming town. Regards to the wonderful owner. I recomend the room with a jacuzzi :) It is perfect for a romantic getaway
