We loved the location - it was a bit on the outskirts of Leeds yet close enough to be able to enjoy the city without having to drive too far. Parking was close to the building we stayed in and the space we rented was very nice and well equipped. Prior posts mentioned the dogs and the noise. I actually really liked the dogs and the few I encountered were very sweet.

The host was brilliant. Accommodated us on short notice and even though we checked in late at 21:00 everything was pristine and spotless by the time we arrived. The host communicated clearly how we could get the keys and all requirements before check in. The property itself is home away from home. Actually let me rephrase that, i will move from my own house and live there. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and the property was well situated for Kirkstall Retail Park as well as easy access to Leeds city centre. 10 mins drive to be precise. I cannot commend this property enough and whenever i am back in Leeds i do intend to stay here if it is available.

My stay here was amazing. The house was really clean and the beds was comfortable, I love that the host thought of everything. There was cups and plates even stuff to cook with, which is really nice. The host was gracious and accommodating, when we requested to extend our stay it was very straightforward and easy. 10/10 definitely will book again.

Would definitely return. The only drawback to some guests may be that there is only one toilet in the upstairs ensuite bedroom so may be a little inconvenient for those sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. Not a problem for us at all.

It is kitted out with everything you need. Its located inside the owners property and pretty private with secure gates and parking. We never used the hot tub that is detached from the cottage located in the owners back garden. Excellent places to eat close by. A lovely place to stay which I would recommend.
