This cabana in Taganga is really amazing. We had 6 nights here and enjoyed all of them. Taganga itself can be a bit hectic, therefore staying at Bareke Azul on the hillside was just wonderful - only 5 min from centre of Taganga but far enough to get some peace, quiet and wonderful views. Also, one of the owners Ramon is just a really great and friendly host. All in all, we had an amazing stay at Bareke Azul. It’s not a luxury hotel, but considering the price, it’s perfect.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Taganga. Casa Tara is about 10min walk from the main beach area where all the bars and restaurants are, which makes it a quiet stay. The room was very cosy and spacious. Andres is such a great host, made us feel right at home and helped us with any questions we had. We would definitely go back anytime!

It's a bit out of the way but that's what makes it so charming. Very nice lounge area with chairs and hammocks. There were fans in the room. The rooms are less of a dorm and more of a private room. It was very quiet when I was here.

The location was great, it was the quieter end of the beach so you couldn’t hear lots of loud music of people. The room was cosy and clean. Marie was amazing, she was so kind, helpful and smiley, she really made our stay so lovely. Breakfast was good, toast, eggs, coffee/hot chocolate on the beautiful rooftop. It also felt very safe and secure.

Very friendly staff, and cleanliness exceeded my expectations! Very close to the water (as close as you can get, really) but a little distances from the loudness, since the water was with boats, not the swimming beach. It was a 5 minute, easy walk to the swimming part of the beach and very easy access to restaurants and groceries. The hostel was very quiet inside, and the communal kitchen was great! Wifi was great, cozy eating and resting spaces.

Very helpful and nice staff; comfortable and cozy rooms (with air conditioner); tasty breakfast (but very greasy) with selfmade juice; much equipment in the kitchen; near to the beach (but like nearly every hostel); a quiet location
