Location is excellent. Mrs Alba is an exceptional host, very welcoming, always available, prompt to any request. Very quiet and pleasant area, very secure (it has security entrance 24/7 to the complex of houses), breeze at night. The room is very cozy and have what it needed for our stay. Ridery (like an uber app) works perfectly on that location. Bakeries, supermarket and restaurants very close to the location.

I made a reservation through your platform. The booking was confirmed, and I received a confirmation email with the booking details and reference number.
However, upon arrival at the location I was informed that the accommodation was not available. This was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering that the booking was confirmed well in advance.
Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff at the location, no satisfactory solution was provided, and I was left without alternative accommodation. This lack of assistance and failure to resolve the problem promptly is unacceptable.
As a loyal customer of Booking.com, I expect a certain level of reliability and customer service, which unfortunately was not met in this instance. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and provide me with a suitable resolution, including compensation for the inconvenience caused.
