Breakfast was great. Waffles were exceptional! Loved them! The woman working the breakfast was especially wonderful and asked about how my daughter did at her dance competition when she found out that’s where we were headed the morning before.
The room was huge though, everything was very clean, quiet, and my kids loved the pool hot tub combo. Very nice stay, and Starbucks is right down the street. Beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

I liked the full kitchen, good air conditioning and the hot tub. The room felt like an apartment. The staff explained the benefits of becoming a Wyndham member. The court yard felt open and a great place to eat a meal or take a break.

Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel.
Loved that everything was in close proximity of hotel. Lots of choices and close to airport.
We actually had to go to goodwill for an extra suitcase to take home!! We went to Duffs for the best wings!!! We went to anchor Bar for sauce and glasses to take home! Number # 1 spot was Brite-Smith Brewery!!
Best craft beer! We also ate at Ballyhoo and Bar Bills!!
Both were awesome!! Near by was 42 Brewery north, which was also awesome! Had a blast in all that area!!

The only thing negative about Williamsville I am going to mention is the parking situation. Parking is really bad in some areas. If you have a large vehicle you may need to park farther away and if it is a small vehicle you may need to find spaces that are not marked with big signage that warns you not to park there. However the food at Eagle House was EXCELLENT and would recommend anyone who is visiting Williamsville to give it a try!

The bed appeared clean.
The bed appeared clean. The floors (tile and carpet) were so sticky we wore shoes if we were not in bed, even to walk to the bathroom. The “breakfast” was pitiful. Egg product watery and “refrigerator cold” as well as the sausage links (all three days). Toaster worked (thankfully) so we had toast with margarine. No jelly available.
Front desk staff on Friday night and Saturday morning appeared to be wanting to be anywhere else. No smile, no welcome, no words.
We will avoid this property on our next trip to the area and suggest others do also.

Williamsville has a feel of a Norman Rockwell painting with its beautiful downtown area with it cute little shops, boutiques, restaurants, and some very nice hotels. It's very safe and you and your family should be very comfortable walking around day or night.

We stayed in this location because it was very close to the hospital where we had a family member in ICU. Williamsville has shops galore, mostly chains. However some decent restaurants that were locally owned.

Williamsville in no longer the village in which I grew-up.
Williamsville in no longer the village in which I grew-up. It is now a sadly over re-developed then allowed to decay "strip mall" on a highway outside Buffalo.
Some areas show hints of the history and character it once had, but on the whole it is now just a sad shopping center looking for a community.
property’s spacious and clean, quiet too for a motel at a cheaper price! free parking and really a drive away to other establishments like if you need food, etc. pet friendly too.
the receptionists and staff were very nice, in person and over the phone. we booked here earlier than the checkin time, and they still let us in with no additional charge.
it’s just behind or right next to a five star hotel, so if you’re on a budget, I’d recommend for you to go for this one, cleanliness is the same as the expensive ones.
Staff were very friendly. Check-in went smoothly, Mike at the front desk was very welcoming. Loved the warm decor and home-like feel, comfortable and quiet room. Russel greeted us and was genuinely interested in us enjoying our stay. Great hotel, we will stay again.
Rooms are huge and very clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. There’s a pretty good free breakfast. This hotel is excellent overall and a great value for the price.
Very good stay. It was clean and modern. I would have preferred a better/healthier breakfast, but it was comparable to most hotels. The room was a bit small, but nicely designed. Loved the walk-in shower. I would return to Tru.
I liked the comfort of the bed and the fact that the hotel has suites with a full fridge
I liked the option of a free breakfast and the possibility to make waffles and toasts and bagels.
I liked the bowl of apple and oranges
The location of this hotel to do shopping and dining is perfect. We have stayed here many times over the years. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good . The staff at this location are very nice and helpful.
The hotel was clean, modern, and up to date. The bed was comfortable. I especially like how the mirrored closet door opened wide enough to use as a mirror to see the back of my hair while drying
Beautiful hotel with great staff. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of onsite parking and close to restaurants and shops
Love this hotel. Second time here and made sure we had to come back for the comfiest beds, nicest bathroom layout and convenience of the Hooked bar and restaurant.
Great location to Williamsville and Clarence, safe, and ample parking. Manager was accommodating and agreed to refund after checking out after one night.
