Breakfast and pool area were great. Front desk was excellent. Large wedding party that was booked there overpowered all of the public spaces. Very loud and crowded. Especially breakfast. But not the fault of the hotel.

I love this Marriott we’ve been coming here to visit my dad he’s been in a senior living home and my sister lives in thousand Oaks . For several years now so we would stay the night here if we had an overnighter. My dad moved to a senior citizen home in Camarillo we did stay one time at a Marriott there I was not happy, did not like that one so we just stay now at this one in Agoura Hills and do the drive up the freeway to see my dad. My dad just passed away last week we are booking to stay here for his ceremony, but in the future if I ever need a hotel in this area again this will be the one I choose

Quiet. Clean, Contemporary. Comfortable.
Great place for a business conference.
Food was healthy. Did lots of room service since I traveled alone. With that being said, several restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel.
Look forward to returning here.

We were willing and thought we pay for the Lakeview room, but we did not get that. From the picture, we were choosing this place because we thought we could have the Lakeview , spa bath, and breakfast included. Instead we did not get any of that. We have garden view, shower bath, and have to pay for breakfast. Fortunately we only have $15 credits to our room because we have to ask for something special for our anniversary. Other than that, we feel like we have made the wrong choice to stay here 😕

Beautiful property with really nice rooms but no way to get meals and no suggestions. They could have partnered with delivery services during the covid 19 outbreak to make sure guests could get meals.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago that was truthful and not positive. CREDIT TO THE HOTEL, someone reached out to be via phone and genuinely apologize with word and action on behalf of the hotel. While the call came unexpectedly, This was honorable, respectable and appreciated. Because of their action steps, and their fixing the issue, it speaks measures and with that, I’d of course recommend this hotel. Because even if they don’t get it right the first time. They will fix it.

For a one night get away, the Four Seasons in Westlake Village was one of the best choices I ever got to make. Got to bring my little puppy with me and my family, he could not stop looking at the window while we were with him in the room and when we were gone. It was such a beautiful view especially for Harley (my dog) and the room was just so spacious and beautiful. Not only do I highly recommend everyone to go, I’ll see you there lol!
