The layout, how quiet it was and the ease of having a kitchen in our room. The staff was amazing and went next level for me! They laid out rose petals I had sent along with heart lights on the bed so I could surprise my husband on our kid free early valentines weekend. They also brought up my groceries that were delivered about 5 minutes before our arrival which was not expected.

Not much except the quite. Otherwise the staff need an attitude adjustment In thinking their poop don't stink. Egos abound in your staffing. 99% off them are not even from MY Country..... Pretty damn sad.
