The waffles were kind of weird tasting. The cereal was stale. The orange juice was good though.

We liked everything about the stay at this location. We could not find anything negative to say about our experience. One of our best places to stay ever.

Traveled for a Dog Show and the location was convient for the show, as well as restaurants. Lots of areas to my dogs and felt extremely safe.

They need to clean better in the rooms that have had pets.
They need to clean better in the rooms that have had pets. We had cat hair everywhere even on the pink chair & the office chair as well as all over the carpet. The bed cover had a orange sauce spilled on it (in the middle of the bed).
The house keeper helped us move our room. Only yo find she needed to vacuum & clean the 2 chairs that also had cat hair on them.
We had a pleasant stay after all of the cleaning challenges. Just needed directions on the three steps to get the shower to work!

Horrible attitude from Kelvin who was rude when he called to speak to me about my pet barking. I thought this was a pet friendly place, however, he was not friendly at all. Granted my dog was barking, however, it was the way he spoke to me and told me if it happens again he would not allow us to stay in there. I called this place at least a week before and was assured pets were okay and if she barked they would call us to come correct the situation, well Kelvin was rude and not very pet friendly.

Proximity to Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah were great.
Proximity to Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah were great. So many hiking options, great restaurants, access to a train, etc. It is a great location when you are trying to make the most of what the area has to offer.
The lady at desk was rude as if I shouldn't inquiry with my questions and wouldn't let keep see a room super looks like the old super from 90's and the is ridiculous cheap looking online pictures are NO match to reality of building and the one staff I did encounter and so after questions I left never even 30 minutes and they have the Gaul to try and still bill me for 319.00 for just walking up to the desk and location was ridiculous hard to find BIG! NO! NO! NO!
Room was clean, but small. Outdated decor. I was next to back exit and it was loud with banging doors, dogs barking as hotel is dog friendly, yet not a huge issue for me. Staff was pleasant. It did take them three days to fix lights that had burned out and I had to continue requesting it, but hotel functioned fine for the rate and time I spent there.
The hotel looked great except we received an email the day before telling us we got a complimentary upgrade to a king size suite. When we checked in they only had a 2 queen bed room for us and wanted $ 34.00 extra for the room which we talked them out of the extra charge.. We blame that on management and we're not happy customers
I liked the location. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh. Even had a super nice man who didnt speak English help us load our car and he was funny and Friendly! Overall I enjoyed it there breakfast was good and so was the restaurant in the hotel!
THANK U !!!AMAZING....WE were in a stressful situation traveling to the Midwest lost our truck. Was stuck in Utah till my family picked us up. The place kept us in a relaxing no stress environment . N GOT a lot of R&R that we needed.
We were booked at another hotel 5 minutes away and it was not what was advertised. We canceled and booked Holiday Inn with in seconds and it was really easy. The front desk staff was very welcoming and got us checked in right away.
I was here a week. Not one time did my room get cleaned. Not one time did I see any staff walking around. You guys didn’t even have matches for me when I asked. This hotel needs new management. This was not a good stay for me.
Our room was located at the perfect location. The pool/jacuzzi was across from the room, The breakfast was excellent on the two mornings we were there, we will definitely stay at this hotel when we are in South Jordan again.
I think I paid far too much for the room, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The location was misleading from my search. I've stayed with Marriott many times and this by far was the worst experience I've had.
Room was clean breakfast was good too I will stay again in this hotel the receptionist was real helpfully and friendly I will recommend this hotel to a friend .
This is a good good business hotel. Location is quite good with a few reasonable restaurants near by. As far as American hotels go it was quite reasonable.
