Beds were very comfortable and linens were nice quality. Room was just very pleasant. The tone of the stay was positive from the point of arrival to departure. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous. We had drinks in their bar-lounge area one night before heading to a baseball game and the staff there were very friendly, yet professional. We went back and had friends meet us for drinks and dinner there.
Location is excellent. We had breakfast daily across the street at the famous and always good Sears Fine Dining.

the location was perfect for us.We had a high floor with a view of the bay as requested thank you for filling our request. Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.

I love that it is across the street from the Metreon Movie Theater and various restaurants. I was able to walk and grab something to eat, didn’t have to drive.
