What's not to like. Stayed here before, will stay again. GM Leha runs a tight ship. Makes sure guests are taken care of. Maintenance was on top of a couple of non critical issues quickly.

We absolutely loved the resort! The location must beautiful.
We absolutely loved the resort! The location must beautiful. The beds could have been more comfortable and the heating just being in the bedroom was a little bit odd. But it didn't affect our stay. we will definitely be back! Our host was wonderful! We had a great stay

We live in Phoenix and enjoyed our week in the cool weather in Pinetop. There are plenty of golf courses available to the public. Pinetop is a small town but there are a couple chain supermarkets nearby and many local great restaurants.

It has good hiking trails and forest for walks with our dog, when the weather is good. Also a state park called Fool Hollow Lake that usually fun to walk but this trip it was hot and we couldn't do anything except early morning. Many good restaurants our favorite is Cattlemen's in Show Low. Monday-Friday they have early dine from4pm to 6pm with reduced meal prices. Many others as well. You won't want for eating locations.

Odd - the couch had what appeared to be a pet cover on it.
Red Devil restaurant is good.
Los Corrales is our favorite restaurant - the cheese crisp is so good.
Long Wongs patio is great.
Traffic is bad - don’t try to make left hand turns onto White Mountain Blvd.

Excellent Safeway, not too many restaurants who accepted dogs, traffic calm but good base to visit lakes and enjoy the beautiful pine forests .Very peaceful among the pines but a lot of rv vehicles of all conditions mixed in with nice homes. Hospitals and urgent care and veterinary doctors plentiful .

list the price for the room, kill the fees and raise the price, you pay it anyway. "Advertise that we show the final cost", +(actual government tax) is the only increase above the listed price, no additional fees!!! Start a new trend!!

This place is cozy like a home away from home. The cabins have all the amenities that a home would have from appliances to cookware. The office staff is truly helpful.Bethany went above and beyond for us on our last night there as we lost our cabin keys, and she had to come by after hours and make us a new key. The other lady recommended some restaurants that we tried and really liked. They even have DVD's you can watch. We have stayed here 3 times in 3 different cabins. We will definitely return.
the room was so adorable and had almost anything we could have needed!! each cabin was decorated with holiday lights and our room even had a decorated tree lit up to greet us! was so amazing! the bed was the most comfortable we have had experienced in a cabin/hotel/resort. the shower was spacious and great temperature and water pressure and the shower head was at a nice height that didn't require ducking down to wash hair.
Beautiful area for walking. Hotel itself had a basic kitchen setup with a full size fridge and a microwave which was nice. Honestly it just needs management to stop cutting corners on the simplest things... like 2 pillows instead of 1 flat pillow, Or if your main attraction is the interior heated pool, then it should be priority to have it repaired and open for use.
Every single one of the Staff were friendly and cool from the young people who greeted me in to the GM to Housekeeping- all awesome. Just good vibes in this place. Pinetop is a small place and this hotel is in the perfect location for restaurants, bars, grocery store. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the country and this was one of my favorite experiences.
Breakfast was great, hotel, exceptionally clean, quiet, well lit. We came here unexpectedly after leaving Nine Pines Motel, because it was a terrible experience.
We should’ve stayed at Comfort Inn to begin with.
Just a good, reasonably priced hotel that has a great location! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool and spa was an excellent value for money!
Hotel was in a very accessible location just off the side of the main road. I stayed by myself and felt comfortable and safe. The room was clean and comfortable!
Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast. Prepackaged stuff and a waffle iron.
Room was large with nice mattresses. There was hot water for all if us to shower.
Holiday weekend, so pricing was high. Only stayed one night and went else where the next night to a nicer hotel with far more amenities for half the price.
