If you leave hungry, it's your fault!!! My son and his family live in Foley and we were visiting them. The fishing is great on the coastal areas. If you are looking for a charter boat, I HIGHLY recommend Bottomed Out Fishing Charters with Captain Ken Tompkins! He can put you on the fish! The shopping centers are very close. The hotel needs some major improvement for upkeep.
The hotel needs some major improvement for upkeep. The beds need to be cleaned up underneath something serious. They should also look into ridding all rooms of mold before setting anyone up to stay. Thankfully it was two adults staying in the room (124) but it’s still wild how they thought it would be okay.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

We enjoy shopping at the Tanger outlets. There is a lot of variety and the prices are reasonable. One of the best restaurants in Foley is The Fish River Grill. The food is always delicious. There are so many great places to eat, and shop.
There are so many great places to eat, and shop. They have a Medical Museum that is enlightening. The Train Depot with all the model trains is amazing. It's beautiful with all the Christmas lights! You are close to the beach. This is a great spot to visit. My only complaint is that the traffic has gotten worse over the years.

We loved that we were so close to Tropic Falls (2min drive, 10min walk) and under a five minute drive to other stores and restaurants. The lady that ran breakfast was an absolute rockstar. It was so busy and chaotic and she handled everything on her own, restocking, helping, and dealing with the crowd.
