It seemed this area was still in development.

It seemed this area was still in development. We noticed lots of new buildings and businesses. We were there only for the night and attended a show at the HEB Center. We weren't there long enough except enjoyed some good food at a Mexican restaurant close to our hotel. I would go back again.

Clean and up to date. Many breakfast choices.

Clean and up to date. Many breakfast choices. Staff could learn to greet guests with a friendly "good morning" or "how you doing?". Instead they ignore all guests coming down for breakfast, or entering the hotel, a female manager included. Having personal conversations with one another or even on private phones, listening to music on headphones, etc. This small overlook makes a HUGE difference in how a paying guest feels. The hotel as a building itself was great, but because of the lack of basic social skills of many/most employees, we will not be staying there in the future. (There was one, only one older male employee who said good morning to us. Also there was a very friendly staff member on breakfast duty)

    The facilities was clean.

The facilities was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. It was the perfect location for what we needed to do. The pool area was underwhelming. It needs more personality to be inviting. The fire pit was nice but smokers were in the area so it was disgusting. We are allergic to cigarette smoke. It would be nice if they added to security to the parking lot.

A great little town with a mix of big companies and small businesses. The local flavor is small town. Not a whole lot to do but close to the action. If anyone needs a break from the Austin lifestyle and prices I would recommend Cedar Park.

Wonderful, quiet area with lots of shopping centers.

Wonderful, quiet area with lots of shopping centers. Close distance to Austin. Big selection of eateries. We loved eating breakfast bagels from Einstein bros. So much convenience right around the corner from our hotel but also nice and quiet. Grocery stores like HEB close by in case you want to just buy snacks and stay in the hotel and avoid the crowds. Delivery options available for most restaurants. Easy access to highways in case you want to visit some tourist attractions. An area that definitely makes you feel safe.

I also stayed at the Embassy in El Paso and I actually like the Cedar Park Best Western better!!! It might not have had 2 rooms or breakfast but it was soooo convenient to my needs and very accommodating when I needed more blankets or pillows. The Embassy did smell better and they had an indoor pool, which was great! So points for both!

This place has everything that makes me love the concept of hotels. It has heat. It has water. It has quietness. It has a hot shower. They give you complimentary items like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They have a weight room. They have free breakfast. They have free wifi. My microwave conked out and my request they fixed it asap. This place is within walking distance to Target and HEB Plus. I want to stay at more hotels like this.

The Hyatt was great for our bridal property. Joe Garcia at the front desk made the check process with so many moving pieces a breeze! He made the entire process easy and made sure our stay was comfortable. If I ever travel a large group to Cedar Park again, we’ll be staying here!

I liked the door locked and the shower had hot water. Spend an extra $25-$30 to stay at a much nicer hotel. Even though it was cheap and I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous. this place was not worth it.
