The only that was ok was the location and that could have been better. The two employees I had contact with were just void of personality, did not suggest things especially when I asked if there was another way to the beach with our having to climb steps to get to it. Like robots, and when I went to ask why there was no hot water the lady just looked at me and ask me why there was not hot water she said they never had any problems, but when I walked out side I seen a brand new water heater that needs to be installed. She took it so personal. I did take a pic of the water heater just because she said there was no problem with the hot water.

Breakfast delivered in the AM was very nice! No lines are people milling about. And being close to the beach was a huge plus!!
