Was very clean and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful while we were there. We had both of our large dogs with us and they put us in a room directly across from the pet relief area which was so nice. The buffet was very well priced and had good food. Would definitely recommend people to stay here in the future.

The hotel was better then I expected The room was very large had a king bed and it was very clean. Property was maintained well stores and restaurants were right there close by in the area about 5 miles from Disney World.

The place was cleaner than I expected and the staff were friendly. I read online that there were roaches here and packed accordingly. When I was there, I saw 0 bugs anywhere in my room. I did find candy on the floor open behind the bed. So, to see no bugs with candy exposed means they cleared the problem. Housekeeping came to clean my room on time, and we're very persistent in getting in to clean the room. Which I believe is what helped reduce their roach problem.
