Bacon and scrambled eggs most mornings but the wife (who is Thai) had Thai breakfasts and we both absolutely loved the food there including the dinners. Overall costs for additional food etc was excellent as was the actual food! The owners Craig and his wife were outstanding from a service and human perspective and i would highly recommend the Hideaway as the place to stay in Ban Chang. Wanted so much to live in the pool but unfortunately had a foot injury but it looked sensational and other guests commented so.

I did the whole tourist walk thing and found myself exhausted so I booked a night at this hotel to refresh and recharge. Amazingly helpful and courteous staff. They spoke enough English to make the transaction painless. Rooms are some of the nicest SCN rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The restaurant downstairs is great! Had salmon and mashed potatoes. Overall great hotel choice.

When her card machine didn't work she said I could pay the next day but I went to the village for cash . Very comfortable bed, and beautiful bed linen. Nice toiletries. Nice cooling off pool. Not big enough to swim really. Really enjoyed our time there despite the hickups. I totally love the hotel. Recommended

No need to go outside because the restaurant and beautiful bar can provide any desired need. Being able to open the doors and see the ocean is spectacular.
