Very clean and quiet hotel. Someone had a party in the hotel during our stay but there was no noise in the room.

My recent stay at Hotel Vinnay on April 3rd was a mixed bag. While the culinary offerings impressed, with satisfying food options, other aspects of the experience left much to be desired. Upon check-in, I encountered an unfriendly receptionist, a slim lady with black hair, whose demeanor was less than welcoming. Her brusque request for my passport set a disappointing tone for the stay. Entering the room, I was disappointed to find cleanliness lacking, as evidenced by an uncleaned robe left hanging. Additionally, the sauna experience was marred by a noticeable odor in the water, detracting from what should have been a relaxing amenity. Despite these setbacks, the redeeming factor was undoubtedly the quality of the food. However, for future guests, I hope the hotel management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more enjoyable stay overall.

We booked one-bedroom apartment, but being Booking member on level Genius 3 we received one-bedroom apartment with balcony (means upgraded apartment). The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, cosy, well equipped. There was separate air condition in the bedroom and in the living room. Both rooms had a balcony, in the bigger one was small table and chairs to have a coffee. The kitchenette was equipped extraordinary. Breakfast was included in the price, and was really nice: eggs, sausage, butter, cheese, vegetables, kidney beans, musli, fruits, sweet cakes, coffee. The receptionist was kind and helpful, spoke English, the check-in and check-out was smooth. There is an elevator in the building. We were really satisfied with everything, except wifi.
