We stayed for two nights with the family, and the experience was amazing.
The rooms were comfortable, well set up and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The owner is there daily and makes the place warm and welcoming. It's a hidden gem just far enough off the beaten track to be easily reached, but far enough away from it all that it's peaceful and relaxing. And to top it all off, the sunsets are amazing here. Take the time and enjoy them while sitting on your balcony looking out over the sea.
I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing idyllic experience.

Surigao is recovering from damage caused by typhoon Odette. I suggest waiting a year or so before visiting here. It was rainy and windy during our visit so not fair to comment. Did not feel safe to walk around at night. We observed many blatant drug users along the Seawall opposite our hotel.

Surigao is a nice small city.
Surigao is a nice small city. Safe and a place to visit not just once. Explore more outside the city and you will be surprised what awaits you out there. Beautiful. We just ate inside the hotel restaurant as we don't have enough time to eat out. Food is yummy and the service was fantastic!

The room was large and nicely laid out with lots of room for our stuff. Hottest shower on our trip so far. Aircon worked great. Helpful staff. The property was very close to the ferry port and to some good restaurants. The owner was very hospitable and took me on a little tour to the Silop caves and to the beach. Highly recommended for affordable accommodation in and out of SuriGao City :)

It had a balcony, but it was the only balcony on my trip where it is not allowed to smoke. I was allowed to check in early. This is the reason why I rated it one point higher than intended. There are a lot of restaurants close by. It is in walking distance to the port.

Near the boulevard for leisurely walks, near the pier for getting to the other islands, near supermarkets and places to eat. Most of all, the staff are great. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me get around and appreciate my stay in the city.
