- The room is clean and complete, bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed staying in our room and just watching TV and hanging out. Our son loved the Marvel and DC movie marathon channels. The non-smoking room really did not smell of cigarette smoke.
- The pool is very nice with its warm and clean water, and of course, nice view of the building complex. The podium garden is very well appointed. We liked walking in the area.
- The dishes we ordered from the restaurants at the UG (Jing Ting, Red Ginger) are very very good. The buffet breakfast at the Hyatt Cafe has a wide selection and food's also good. We're glad that we opted for this instead of the other option (ala carte breakfast at the Wave restaurant beside the podium pool area).

The place is super clean and all the Staff are super friendly.The only negative review for this Hotel is you can't bring outside food and drinks and they're pretty strict with the toys you're bringing in for you kids.But overall I loved the place,super comfy bed and the bathroom is massive.Also the pool looks amazing in person.Will come back here in the future❤️
