Most of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning staff very good and friendly. Excellent safe and secure parking. For me very good location. Manageress Karen very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. Nice quiet reception area to sit and browse the internet. I found the connection better here than in my room, NOT a complainant.
