Very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept our bags after check-out so we could explore the city a bit more.
The room was a nice size and had great amenities. Air conditioning was a most and it worked very well.
The location is great, close to subway and several bus stops.

Facility and location was great. However, the staff assistance could improve a lot. When asking for parking clarification when the Booking.com and the welcome message was different, their response was not at all helpful. When ask for invoice,” at checkout they refused and referred to Booking.com. When send a message through Booking.com they replied with Booking.com link. For simple tasks that can be directly assisted onsite related to the hotel, they make things way to difficult and complicated.
