Stayed one night before an early departure flight. Room with four single beds and they are very comfortable. Cleaned well and the room is spacious. We were able to combine two single beds together to sort of make a King by moving the night table to one side. Couldn't do the same for the other two beds as the phone/alarm cables was built into the table and couldn't disconnet to move the table.
A 7-minute walk from Chitose Train Station, ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose offers air conditioned rooms with free internet and a private bathroom. The hotel features several restaurants and a karaoke room.

Hotel was a short walk from the train station. They had a free Japanese style buffet breakfast but the restaurant was not open at any other time. Only source for food were the vending machines on the first floor.

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

We had to travel to Chitose as we needed to fly out from New Chitose Airport. Nonetheless, we decided to stay here for 2 days to visit Lake Shikotsu & the airport for it offers many attractions. We really enjoyed the lake (very scenic!) and the airport - Royce Choc Factory, Doraemon Waku Waku Skypark etc. We got around Chitose in a rental car and the free shuttle the hotel provided. There were also plenty of souvenirs available at the airport for some last minute shopping.

Very close to airport, as well as several ski stations. it is cheaper than Sapporo city, and even if it does not have as many restaurants and places to visit as a big city may have, there are plenty of restaurants, parks and duty free malls and is very quiet place.
Great hotel for those who need to stay near the airport or save some money when everything in Sapporo is fully booked during festivals. Personnel is really helpful and they speak good English - when I arrived around 11pm they called around the restaurants to check which ones are still open.
Rooms are slightly more spacious than in typical Japanese hotels, and have everything you need. Breakfast is good as well.
Location is about 6-7 min walk to the station, and the convenience store is next door
Its super easy to access — because it’s in the airport! The staff was friendly and professional. it’s clean and functional. One of the best is that you can use the airport onsen free, at least in my package! I used it twice- once at night and another on the morning before yummy breakfast! I arrived after 8 pm so there wasn’t much choices for dinner. I bought some food items at konbini. But it also closed around 9 pm. So those who arriv s late, be ready.
This is a very convenient location for anyone who wants to stay close to the New Chitose Airport. it’s a modem apartment with well organized and clean including all necessary amenities for a small group. Nearest station is about 10 minutes walk and from there it takes around 5 minutes to go the New Chitose airport station. also, all of the major Car rentals are nearby within walking distance.
Good location right next to the JR station. Only a short drive from CTS Chitose airport. For our booking, Included free parking, dinner and breakfast which was nice. No need to go out to look for food. Friendly and helpful staff. They have pillows corner to pick your pillow. Come with a small public bath which is great for the long travel and tired body.
Good business hotel steps away from Chitose train station and offering a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is a 15 minute drive away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Booked a single room, it was a good size with room for luggage.
There is an izakaya attached to the hotel, the food is great.
There is bus stop outside the hotel that is the line from new Chitose airport! The bathroom is clean and spacious with laundry facilities! The complimentary coffee on 1F is hot especially delicious in winter! The information from the staff is clear with her fluency in English!
It was just a sleepover before an early flight but wow, for the cost we paid, the value is exceptional. Very clean and modern and the train at the doorstep, two stops from the airport. We also took the train to Sapporo to have a look around there.
very convenient location, only 2 stations away from airport and is just outside the train station exit. There is a direct link from the train station exit to the hotel lobby at level 2. The breakfast is nice and has a good selections.
Very near CTS airport and there is free shuttle bus from hotel to airport. Good choice for fly in the next day. The facilities are good. Breakfast has 2 set for choose Japanese or Western, good taste. The staff also very nice.
Very nice hotel, 20 minutes by bus from the airport. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable for us as family of four. Nice staff , very helpful. There is free coffe in the lobby which was very nice.
