2 minute walk to the ferry, beautiful view of the lake, walking distance from Villa Balbianello, which is a must see in the Como region. And hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay which made it even cozier!
Hotel Lenno is set in an elegant building just off the main road, and right on the shore of Lake Como, in the fantastic Gulf of Venus. There is free Wi-Fi.

The apartment was fantastic and very well equipped. The shared pool was open in May and it was not heavily attended by other guests, so we could enjoy it by ourselves. The view from the terrace and the pool was gorgeous. The place is very calm and within a short walking distance from the nearby grocery store. The host was responsive and friendly. I can absolutely recommend this place!

The scenery in the distance was nice and the one bedroom was spacious, it was reasonably clean when we arrived but that's all

Well located hotel to access other parts of Lake Como. Our room was on the corner of the 7th floor, and we had a fantastic view on two sides. The beds were very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent staff in the restaurant/breakfast room - I would like to specifically thank Maila and Joel for making us feel very welcome and starting our day off well every morning. A few fair/good restaurant options around.

It was a great location to explore other parts of the lake via regular boats - not as busy as other places, which was perfect for us, except when visiting day trips arrive to see Villa Balbianello - definitely worth the visit, it’s not open on Monday and Wednesdays. As is Villa Carlotta….a 10 min boat ride away. Lenno also has great restaurants, good mix of local cuisine, and varying prices depending on your budget. The Geenway is a lovely walk to do, hilly in parts but not too bad if you take it slow, takes you through some beautiful places to stop and rest/take pictures. We traveled around a lot of the lake and Lenno was our favourite - definitely recommend a short stay or use as a base to see other places…..no need for a car, the boats or busses are easier to get around, streets are narrow and not many parking spaces.

Great location to visit Lake Como.
Great location to visit Lake Como. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as grocery store and the ferry to get to other parts of Lake Como. We walked around Lenno and only drove to get there. We walked to Vila del Balbianello, which was very close and extremely worth seeing! We walked along the Lake front to find wonderful restaurants and the ferry was very close as well!

Lenno is a small town on Lake Como.
Lenno is a small town on Lake Como. It does not offer much, but it is peaceful and very well kept. It offers 3 or 4 hotels and a few restaurants, two of which (Plinio and Lago) are of a very high standard.
I think that it is the ideal place to stay when visiting the area. You have easy access to the more famous towns of the area, but you can spend the evenings in peace, enjoying very good food and drinks, served by nice people everywhere we have been.
I was impressed by the high standard of all public areas of the small town, but also of the gardens of the grand villas along the promenade.

Lenno is a great location for exploring Lake Como, it has a good boat service to the other main towns on the Lake and there is the Trombetta Express train which you can take to travel to Menaggio if you prefer.
Lenno is on the Greenway route so you can explore on foot if you prefer.
There is a local market on a Tuesday and there are plenty of locations from which you can swim in the lake in the surrounding area.
You don't need a car to stay in Lenno - you can explore by bus, boat or on foot.
The friendly, multilingual and informative staff were exceptional and added to the enjoyment of our stay. They gave good recommendations and were helpful in arranging transport. The property is spotlessly clean and carefully modernised but still has lots of historic character. It is located near the lake in Lenno with many beautiful old buildings and gardens nearby. It is also close to some great restaurants, walks and the Villa Valbianello. Lenno and BB Balbianino are great choices for a stay on Lake Como.
Vacationed for one week with my family with three children. Loved the hotel and the location too. Traveled by car, we were happy with the parking space. The main places of the city in walking distance. The only thing that made us sad was the complete absence of any means for washing dishes and cleaning in the kitchen. Well and soap and shampoo in the shower. We arrived late, had to buy everything the next day. Otherwise everything was fine.
Terrace and view were magical. Claudia is an attentive host, who is always ready to make your stay exceptional. Restaurants and sights were close by and easily accessible. The area was populated in the evening but quiet by morning. We really appreciated the doors between rooms because our son slept soundly on the sofa bed and we didn't disturb him when we woke up and made coffee in the kitchen to enjoy on the terrace.
This apartment is attached to a campground, with a restaurant. The hosts were very kind, and the restaurant was quite good. Location was also excellent; a short walking distance from the lovely Lenno waterfront. The apartment is very simple, but tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The hosts were nice enough to bring a lost hearing aid to relatives of ours who lived nearby, and that was VERY much appreciated.
You can't beat the location of these rooms -- right on the lake, and for the price, the location is absolutely amazing. It's a very short walk to the ferry, restaurants, gelato, villa, swimming (there's a rocky, steep beach nearby). We also appreciated the good size bathroom, with a real shower. There's a big market in Lenno on Tuesdays; everything is closed on Wednesdays. It's a good value.
The location of La Tana rooms was great, easy to get to and parking was just across the street. I prefer to stay in a homey B&B rather than one of the big hotels. Very kind hostess that made everything perfect. A little garden for my little dog to wander in. I would recommend this to any one wishing to visit Lake Como area.
I was pleasantly surprised, for a two stars hotel everything was great. The breakfast was pretty small but everyone was friendly, the room was bigger than expected with big bathroom and great view of the lake. If you are on a budget I would definitely recommend this place. I was really satisfied. It was very clean too!
This place is a hidden gem. Daniella is the best. Everyone should stay here. Everything was perfect. The food was all freshly made by Daniela. Delicious!! We had gone for a wedding and we were comparing notes versus other local hotels. Nothing beat ours. Thank you so much!!
The breakfast was decent, nothing special really. The parking garage was ok, a bit pricey though but the location in general was good, the ferry leaving just in front of the hotel. The loft room was spacious and the bathroom was new and clean (and big, too).
Wonderful accommodation. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We had a great time using it and the pool was amazing. I will definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Lenno.
Everything! It is located very close to the ferry terminal. The beds are comfortable, two bathrooms. The flat itself is very well kept. There is a supermarket and a laundromat nearby, and excellent restaurants around
Debora is a very kind and welcoming host. The property was sparkling clean and well-equipped. Lenno is a small village but centrally located and well-connected to explore Lake Como and the surrounding comunes
The pool was good. Easy parking. Great location for access to restaurants, sites, and water taxi.
Once we found out that we could buy air conditioning per night - we were set.
The facilities were excellent; the apartment is comfortable and you have everything you could need. Simona and Alessio are great hosts. We loved Lenno and the area around it.
