I needed somewhere to go for a long airport layover. It was a last minute decision to book the hotel and I am so glad we did. At check in, I was concerned about being far away from the pool in the West Wing but Anushka fixed all that. She couldn’t have known about my position in the travel industry from the bedraggled, sweat-stained way I presented at her counter, yet she did the perfect industry thing and upgraded me to club level for my 10 hour stay since I would be checking out in time to sell the room for the next round of international arrivals. I commend her for this excellent service. I have always had a good experience with Taj, but this stay goes above and beyond all others thanks to her simple act. They even sent a car to get me from the terminal when my travel weary mind could not figure out how to get there the free way. This hotel had the absolute best most gigantic pool I have ever seen. So amazing and refreshing after a long day in the heat!!

I would rate zero stars for this hotel. Its not a hotel, its a apartment converted in to hotel with no standards of maintenance set. I don't know how they are rating 3* for themselves! Food was not eatable. Bathrooms are very dirty, flush was hanging down broken, water is leaking in the bathroom, WC were pathetically maintained, no kitchen facilities, very bad views from the rooms, Zero attention to hygiene in their hotel kitchen, cooks use slipper in the kitchen & it was too messy to watch how they cook. I booked this hotel due to in room kitchen facility, but they refused to give it for short stay. This was ticked yes when I booked the room! the list can go on...!! unfortunately. Sorry I don't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting 3* standard. Only good part is front desk and house keeping staff is friendly and they do facilitate once you ask anything. They are not very trained though. They must hire people from hotel management backgound.
