Clean and comfortable room with good WiFi. A good breakfast and evening meal are available in the lakeside garden with a view of the palace. The owner is very helpful with advice and can arrange auto rickshaws or taxis at sensible prices. The hotel is on the main road, but quiet, only 5mins from the palace entrance.

This a great location (with the palace in view); there's a lot within walking distance (palace, step-wells, shops and a lot of restaurants). Our room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was semi-reliable.
If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll want ear plugs (prayers on the temple’s speakers start at 5:30a).

Everything, really. it is located near a XVI century Baori , with beautiful surroundings, many trees and water bodies, silent. The staff is amazing. all very friendly and helpful. Danish is a super host, makes you feel really welcomed in Bundi. if you need to rest from noise and pollution and if you enjoy being surrounded by beauty and good vibes, this is the place to stay!

Our hosts were super helpful and a fine part of our visit - they thouroughly & quickly answered any pre-arrival questions; we had several interesting conversations while there; and they were immediate in addressing any questions, needs or concerns. The room was lovely, with Indian paintings on the wall, a great view of the Fort looming over the city, and the monkeys cavorting on the nearby rooftops.
Featuring colonial architecture, landscaped lawns and an outdoor pool, The Hadoti Palace, Bundi offers views of Taragarh Fort.

Great cozy stay near main fort and quiet lake view room. Facilities are older but it does feel homely and a little haven away from the streets once you’re inside.

Bundi, is a small hilltop place, convenient stopover between Chittorgarh and Kota/Ranthambore. Has very few sights, Boondi Palace has nothing worth seeing. Chitrashala next to it, has exquisite Bundi style wall & ceiling paintings. Bundi ASI museum, next to Sukh Mahal, is one of the finest Museums we have seen in India, with beautiful sculptures, bundi style miniature paintings, weapons tracing history of warfare from bow & arrows to rifles, well maintained. However the best part is the superb view of lighted Bundi Palace, after 7 PM, from roof top resaurants of most hotels, Cenotaph of 84 pillars also worth visiting. two full days minimum requirred. Best visited in own transport

Bundi is a bit off the Golden Triangle tourist trail and we found the locals kind and welcoming. The bazaars were fantastic as we the marvellous step wells and the centotaph Kesar Bagh Bundi - amazing with a wonderful retainer. Multilingual Jay's Cafe near the Palace serves delicious pistachio lassis. The palace - although run down is an amazing construction and worth the walk up the hill. We only found out as we were leaving that Ramgarh Visdhari Tiger Reserve buffer zone near the Suk Mahal can be visited and there are tigers. Highly recommended

Great place for a off-the-beaten-track vacation.
Great place for a off-the-beaten-track vacation. Heritage sites. Small treks to the palace, fort & Mordi chhatri. You'll stumble on some (unknown) sites.
But some of the tourist attractions are quite dirty.

Geographically, Bundi is a bowl studded with jewels.
Geographically, Bundi is a bowl studded with jewels. In the monsoon, it's surroundings are emerald green, contrasting the brown fort and the bluw aters of the lakes below.
It is a town filled with Baoris or step-wells that are unfortunately dwindling. There are lovely kunds or reservoirs too.
The fort is a revelation. Access it from the TV tower side, or Chamunda gate, and enjoy the hidden kunds and Rani ka Mahal.
The rice cultivation has really taken off in this region!
Locals are simple and very friendly, which makes the stay very special.
Food at The Food Custom is good, though a little out of town.
Morgan's and Ben10 near Nahar ka Chauhatta are also good options.

If you're looking for a relaxed stay in Bundi, we would recommend this hotel! Nice view, good rooms and facilities (close to the lake, restaurant on the rooftop, cleanliness). But most important, Michael, the manager is super friendly and helpful (helped us out a lot and made us feel at home!).
This hotel is a heritage building that provides basic but comfortable stay in the heart of old town of Bundi. The building is beautifully maintained and sympathetically restored which in itself is a USP. The rooms were spacious and clean, balcony overlooked the lake and the open spaces downstairs overlooked part of the fort. The garden was really great to relax in the morning and evening as well. I was truly impressed by the great service from the reception and dining staff. they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
Michael and Vishal are both so friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge about Bundi. We felt so at home there. The food Vishal prepared was very fresh and tasty. (You should try the lemon tart). The roof top views are probably the nicest I’ve seen on my trip to India. The room was clean, comfortable and very good value. They are there for every need and go above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here. I hope to come back soon!
A very comfortable homestay with stunning rooftop views of the beautiful Bundi palace. Nanu and his family were brilliant hosts and his Mums home cooking was delicious. We stayed for a week and we loved everything about Bundi - raw India at its best - and about our stay here. With just 4 rooms its best to book early. We highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bundi Haveli - the rooms were nicely renovated but still retaining original character; the food was great, and the staff attentive and helpful. We loved the position of the Haveli - in the older part of town tucked away from the street & no traffic noise.
The family was very nice. They invited us to stay for a birthday in them family. The owner was very helpfull to book the train and for l'or of thingd in Bundi. The hostel is nice, not very clean but it's confortable for some days especially with the price per night.
Everything!! The staff is very kind and competent. Wifi is the fastest of all the hotels we stayed. How water is really hot. AC is working well. Our room is big and very comfortable. Great location, few minutes walk to everywhere. The restaurant is pretty good.
These old style tourist guest houses are always a nice place for budget travelers to stay. Rustic but adequate rooms with a lovely sitting area in the window. Friendly staff and a really lovely garden restaurant right by the lake. Very good WiFi as well.
Nice place in the old village of Bundi, the guest house are very clean and cosy, the family was friendly and they took care of us for every need. Good position close to the Nawal Sagar lake and under the wonderful Bundi Palace.

The hotel manager, Vipul, was so lovely. He was really helpful in giving us lots of information about the area, and invited us to dinner with his sweet family. We really enjoyed staying here.
Size of rooms is big and spacious. Good area of the hotel in front and back for a nice after dinner walk. Lobby is good to chill for a cup of tea. Rooms had all the necessary facilities.
View Bundi Palace from rooftop restaurant exceptional, specially lit up at night. Room true heritage look, exceptional roof painting. Location next to palace. Good breakfast, good meals
Very nice homestay, four well maintained new rooms. The view from the terrace is spectacular. And the home made dinner absolutely delicious. Easy walk into lovely Bundi.
Great location in the beautiful town of Bundi, amazing roof terrace with great food and really helpful staff.
Manager arranged onward car transfer which was efficient
The owner, Shivam, is really cool and helpful guy who realised how to deal with guests in a smart way. This is why his hostel is the most successful in Bundi.
Beautiful hotel facing the fort in a renovated old haveli. The hotel is run by a friendly couple and they are very warm and welcoming. The food was amazing!
Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. An island of calm and tranquility. The staff Madhu very nice and attentive.I wish I could have stayed longer!
