Breakfast was delicious. Tom and Sam are so friendly and even in the middle of his busy morning, Tom found time to give us suggestions for places to stop on the Sally Gap drive to Dublin. Would definitely come back again.

The staff are amazing! I can't fault any of them. In particular Aoife on the front desk.
Beds are very comfortable, and amongst my friends we had 4 very different rooms and I'd have been happy to have stayed in any of them.
Food & drinks in the main hotel bar are excellent. In hindsight we would have only eaten there for the few days.
Pools & spas are great and very quiet mid week.

The room was well proportioned and very clean. The breakfast was quite substantial. Quiet setting out in the country. Slept with the window open to hear the country sounds.

We liked the fact that the Rathdrum was situated in a nice quiet even remote area of Wicklow but yet not far from Wicklow town. The hosts were nice, very helpful and the breakfast was ample. I cannot comment on the main house we were only in the breakfast room as we were in the log cabin at the rear. I would recommend the Rathdrum for a nice quiet stay in the countryside.

Lovely village community, but nothing in the village to do.
Lovely village community, but nothing in the village to do. It's an area where you need your own transport to get around efficiently. Also traffic in village chaotic and parking in the village is inadequate. Nevertheless it is still a nice area to stay in and visit. We do hope to go back in the near future.

From the minute we arrived at the gate to the property, Francis appeared with her smiling face and welcomed us to Meadowbrook. It was lovely to get such a personal welcome while following all social distance guidelines..Francis had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The personalized welcome note and chocolates were a lovely surprise. The property is in a perfect location for exploring the wonderful Wicklow scenery and Francis was very helpful with directions .The homemade treats delivered to the doorstep were a big treat, especially after a long day sightseeing. The families 2 dogs are friendly and very quiet and add to the homely atmosphere of the property.I hope to return to Meadowbrook and stay a little longer next time..
If there were awards for Hostess 's Francis would win First Prize for her hospitality and property.

Fairly centrally located for visiting historical attractions...
Fairly centrally located for visiting historical attractions, or the coast. Not a big choice in eating establishments, but what they had was good. Would highly recommend “Bates” restaurant, down a charming alley. Sadly, “Avondale House”, a local attraction was closed for renovations. Do visit Glendalough!
it was a unique experience is a quiet location in Co Wicklow. The wagons were well spaced apart, there was plenty of facilities, two separate kitchen areas, a toilet and shower block, baby changing area, lovely walks, great views, lots of fridge space, there was fire wood available if you wanted to light a little fire, there was a secure gate at the front of the property. All areas were clean and tidy.
Anne was very generous with the breakfast she left for us, and extremely friendly.
She and her husband could not have been more helpful.
The kitchen was very well equipped, and the bed was comfortable.
The place is very central for exploring some of the best bits of County Wicklow by car.
Tom was friendly and helpful on our arrival, giving us a quick tour of the apartment. The location was good with lots to do in the local area and a good sized shop located just down the road in Rathdrum. It was an excellent base to climb Lugnaquilla (the highest peak in the Wicklow mountains).
Friendly, organized check-in with breakfast options (made to order). exceptionally cute and clean. A darling electric fireplace for ambiance and to take the chill out. It was a cute area with a couple of bar/restaurant within walking distance. Close to Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains.
Quiet apartment at the back of Lettermore Country House, with terrace and garden. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Well stocked, and everything provided for breakfast. Good location for Glendalough and Wicklow mountains if you have a car.
The cottage is so lovely. It has a beautiful view of the garden and a pond. It is peaceful. The room is small but perfect for a quick getaway. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Perfectly located to do many Wicklow hikes around the area.
Very private accommodation, and a fantastic base for exploring Wicklow (especially the national park). Jomi was a fantastic host! She was very helpful with suggesting we use her dryer to dry our clothes when it started raining.
We liked everything. Mrs Ann was the best and her bed and breakfast was very clean and beautiful. We wish we could have stay our whole trip to Ireland at her place. Oh and breakfast was excellent. Thank you so much Ann..
Spotless, comfortable, modern apartment. Ann couldn't have been more helpful and obliging. Lovely treats left on arrival. Great location, quiet but central to alot of Wicklows scenic walks etc.
Very friendly hostess, delicious breakfast, pretty easy street parking nearby, great value for a comfortable room, and only a 15 minute drive to Glendalough. Would definitely stay here again!
Great location for wicklow mountains and really nice room. Good choice of breakfast. Beautiful garden. Thank you to Daphne for letting my son use the shower after his bike race.
We loved the location and getting to see a bit of the real Ireland. The apartment was incredible and the apartment was so big. I only wish we had more time to spend there.
Host was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Set in a beautiful part of Wicklow it is ideal for anyone looking to explore the many wonderful locations nearby.
