If you’re not fussy about cleanliness and just want cheap...
If you’re not fussy about cleanliness and just want cheap accommodation for a few days, stay here. Close to Kilkenny town but not walkable. Only suitable for two people. Challenging if your over 5’10”. Ran by an elderly lady and her daughter who has a disability. They were lovely and offered us lifts into town. Overall it did the job for us but if you are fussy stay away. Paid €160 for 3 nights which was about right for two people. Not worth much more. Taxi from or to town €11.DonIreland - 2.0Scored 2.0
Really dirty.
Really dirty. I had to boil the kettle to wash a few things and clean an area. I was so disappointed as the photos of the apartment are lovely. It has great potential but needs to be cleaned properly. The road is really busy and not possible to walk to to town. It would be worry mentioning this in their advert. I was told by the owners daughter it was 1/4 mile into town. Its much further than this..kathleenIreland
