Cu micul dejun au fost cam probleme,am dorit sa fim serviți în cameră în ambele dimineți,din păcate în prima dimineață meniul sa pierdut,în a doua dimineață nu a fost colectat de la ușa, precum eram informați,însă datorita faptului că aveți un duty manager superb,e vorba de Medina toate problemele au fost rezolvate. Un mare,mare mersi și apreciere din partea noastra pentru Medina.Datorita profesionalismului ei,am fost mulțumiți absolut de tot ce nea oferit ca recompensa pentru toate neajunsurile. Foarte puține persoane În sfera de hotelier își fac munca așa cum o face Medina.Sper să fie apreciata din partea managerului principal.
