The room is comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and we got a room next to the park and river. The pool is lovely and clean. The location is great if you don’t want to stay in the central of Hong Kong. It is right next to shopping malls, restaurants, trains and bus stations. Free playgrounds and payable softplay next to the hotel if you have young kids. Good bicycle paths along the river.
The staffs are friendly and helpful. We went for a bicycle ride and my young daughter had an accident. The hotel manager took us to the clinic so the nurse can cleaned her wound and checked by the GP. He even followed up and checked if everything is ok with my daughter later in the evening. He kindly gave two soft toys to my kids. I appreciate the additional care I had from the hotel.

The staff is really nice, the location is really convenient with the mtr nearby.
The rooms are really nice, could do with a little change of the mattresses and deeper cleaning to remove stains but overall amazing.
Worth the stay and we hope to stay there again in the future.
