It was a great experience and the right decision visiting the Halkidiki Palace hotel. Starting from the first day felt the care and warm attitude from the staff. They gave an option to choose between two rooms with balcony and sea view, breakfat was delicios and great variety. Beach was very calm and clean, 5 min walk from the hotel. Special thank to the waitress Keti and both receptions who were anytime available and ready to help and respond all our questions. Highly recommended, would visit the hotel in future again.

A pretty seaside town with a church, a beach area, restaurants along the beach and the main street, a port and several supermarkets. The central beach is relatively nice, with fine sand. There is a free zone as well as a paid zone with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a volleyball court and showers. The water looked clean and the beach itself is relatively clean. We weren't particularly impressed with the restaurants, maybe we just didn't happen.

A small authentic Greek village easy to reach. We found shops, taverns, playgrounds and fun. A small harbor and a beach to match. I found everything I needed at reasonable prices. Good tavernas, still welcoming at the end of the season. Quiet with easy access to main road for other parts of the peninsula. We came in Spring 2019 - wonderful for wildlife - nightingales everywhere, and great flowers. We drive quite a lot so the ends and east coast of Kassandra are easy to visit Nea Skioni is compact but has tavernas and shops in the back streets that we never went in - no time/energy! The villa was perfect for us, everything you could wish for - just like you'd want for a holiday home. The beds were superb. Balconies on 3 sides always gave shelter from breezes or sun. The area is quiet, remote, but very close to various places and beaches if you have a car. I loved the stone masonry and the resort landscape. The rooms are generous, decently furnished. I am yet to see a towel holder who will not disintegrate in a hotel room. You will like the beach across the street if you are into wild beaches. I had a great stay but cannot help notice they are just offering a decent service for way too much money.

It is a small and quiet town, with several restaurants and taverns with very good traditional Greek food; the beach is crowded in July and requires more frequent cleaning. I recommend Gelateria Anemoni.

The beach is just 2-3 min by foot and it was not crowded although we were during the high season. Also most of Kassandra beaches and villages can be reached within maximum 20 minutes drive. As we like walking, it was great for us to discover that there is a pleasant 30 minute stroll to the village of Nea Skioni.Nadia and Vasilis are great host, who made us feel like at home. Perfect for families, the house had everything we needed and a beautiful garden to enjoy mornings and evenings, and for kids to run around and play. The hosts are super nice, and will always treat you with some of their delicious local cuisine dishes.
