The hotel as described was not upto what was expected.
The hotel as described was not upto what was expected. The hotel needs a refresh and refurb and a good clean and repairs such as toilet seats, ours was broken. Shower not working, cleanliness of shower poor. The hotel was not acceptable. Breakfast poor continental only but very little fruit. Staff not unfriendly but not chatty or asking if we were okay at reception and in the dining room. Just altogether poor.

Lumpy bed, nothing to cool room down breakfast is poor and you are better going to Greg's next door or Morrisons down road, had to wait for a table and was over crowded and not worth the price you pay, hairs on window cill and desk and had to wait for room as it was not ready,

Good location but they couldn’t find my booking on arrival at 10.30pm after a long drive.
Odd numbered rooms on the second floor overlook the delivery yard for the service station shops. Great if you like being woken up from 5am onwards!!

Lovely market town with lots of small shops.
Lovely market town with lots of small shops. Good eating places with plenty of choice whether you want a pub or simple coffee shop. Easy to walk around but it gets busy with traffic so be patient when looking for parking space. Lovely river walks and bus service to many main towns
There was a binder with useful information by the hosts. It was very nice that there was a separate dining room along with a seating room. The home was very charming and there were lots of nice little touches. It was helpful having plenty of closet/storage space. We were visiting my husband’s relatives who live in the area. We had traveled from Los Angeles and are glad we stayed there instead of in a hotel.
Wonderfully well equipped and appointed property. Spacious, extremely comfortable with numerous thoughtful and much appreciated touches in every room.
Exceptional attention to every detail ensuring that the stay is both relaxing and enjoyable.
Clear and precise instructions at every step. Wonderful location in the centre of the town. Incredible value for money.
Highly recommended.
The property was clean, spacious and in an ideal location. On arrival we found that all the essentials that you need when away had been left for us which is a really nice touch. We had milk, bread, eggs, fruit, tea, coffee etc, none of which was expected. Wetherby Town centre is a few minutes walk away and York is only 30 minutes by car. We would definitely stay again.
A great remote location, the hotel itself was great, room was very clean and had almost everything needed. Food and drink in the spa was a little pricey but expected, however was very nice (Soup of the day with crusty bread and a cocktail went down a treat). Spa facilities were good to an extent
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bar was pleasant but limited beer choice, the dining room was also light and spacious and the continental breakfast was all I needed. The hotel was located on the edge of town, easy to get to and a short walk into town, perfect.
You get what you pay for, this was a basic hotel, booked because we had tickets to a gig in Wetherby. We paid £77 for a night. Uber to Wetherby centre was around £5.
Bottled water and tea / coffee provided. No biscuits.
The staff were polite and friendly but sparse.
A beautiful hotel and spa in a lovely location. Accommodation first class and the real icing on the cake - the staff are exceptional. Helpful, nothing is too much trouble, amazing with children ! Food yummy.. a real gem of a hotel..
Good location, Nicely kept pleasant hotel. Room size is adequate. Most staff friendly, VERY powerful shower, breakfast included in price was good. Plenty of free parking and a nice bar. We did not try the restaurant.
Perfect location for exploring Wetherby. Great view, nice riverside walks from the doorstep. Busy road at the front but the main bedroom was quiet. Only a short walk to the excellent Mews pub.
Everything location great, rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, food in the restaurant was lovely, staff all very polite. Great hotel we will be returning
In an ideal location for visiting North Yorkshire. Hotel and rooms are
