The location is fabulous, and the main building, rooms and spa clean and atmospheric. The spa is a strong point given the indoor and outdoor facilities. The food, once delivered, was superb and was the highlight of the stay, especially breakfast. If you are allergic to dog hair, stay away, as all the rooms (including bedrooms) are doggy friendly - a plus and negative!

Our second stay at The Od Bell and it really is the staff that make it an enjoyable stay. They are all friendly and helpful. We needed to check out early on Monday morning and they organised sandwiches and fruit for our journey as we needed to leave before breakfast.
We did have the cooked breakfast on the Sunday which was delicious.
Bed very comfortable.

The pasta wasn’t very nice
And they had run out of alioli so we were given mayonnaise instead! No vanilla ice cream after to had ordered so I had a different flavour which is not what I wanted
Also wine we wanted wasn’t available

cottage was lovely newly decorated home from home had everything we needed small with lovely features. Morrisons superstore was not far away 2 mins up the road and a small Tesco down the road. Longleat within an easy drive lovely village pubs good food and drink very friendly.

We visit this hotel annually when we go to Longleat which is very close. We love the character. This year we had a family room which gave us masses of space. Free parking. Wetherspoons breakfast downstairs, 2 bottles water, chocolate as well as tea and coffee in room. Love the secondary double glazing which doubles as fridge for water and juice. Very quiet on top floor.

Could be a very pretty town but a little run down at present time. Also from roadworks a the main junction in the town. Several places to go and eat within walking distance and good choice supermarkets.

Lovely Hotel with very friendly, polite staff. Great location with lovely grounds. Very quiet and tranquil Hotel and not far from shops etc if you require them. I will definitely go back again for a nice relaxing break.

The room was large, comfortable and had everything I needed for a business trip - a desk, plenty of outlets for the laptop, phone, etc and plenty of room to spread out and relax after work. I love the outdoor space we had access to, lots of areas to soak up the view and relax. The Yurt itself was very comfortable and kept us nice and cosy even during a downpour. The hosts are lovely and quick to respond. We did make use of their shower which was no trouble for them at all. The Yurt is only 5 minutes from Longleat and also a great base for a day in Bath.
