The new owners of the hotel have taken great strides to improve it since they took over management from the previous proprietor. The easy access and the welcome via text, The cleanliness of the house and its location in the centre of Church Stretton.
The flapjacks and a bottle of milk in the fridge were a nice touch.
The secure garden at the back was great for our dog.

I cannot speak too highly of the owner Suzanne, we had a fabulous welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
We had the fantastic apartment which had a self contained kitchen. The bathroom had a seperate bath and shower unit and was bigger than some hotel bedrooms!
The presentation was impressive and a very high class of decor. The cleaning was to an ultra high standard and we were very very impressed.
The breakfast in the morning is continental, we had enough food left in the kitchen to feed most of Church Stretton let alone the two of us!
Due to me having problem knees it was impossible to walk into the town for an evening meal, it is very easy for an able bodied person.
This location is ideal for people who want a peaceful night and want a base for sightseeing and walking!
