Staff really lovely. Jennifer at the desk and the boy who was on the night before were really friendly and helpful. When I spoke to Jennifer on desk in the morning about my card not working she sorted straight away. Turned out the card needed to be pushed really hard down before it works.

Good location, although I thought the breakfast finished early for a Sunday and the 11am checkout was a bit early also.
