We were met outside and everything was explained really well.
Generous breakfast things provided - butter, bread, milk, cereals, jams.

All our requests for a quiet room were met. Staff could not have been lovelier.
In particular in the breakfast room they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
