Perfection …we were warmly welcomed at check-in by Justine. My daughters and I toured Normandy during the day and were so happy to check into this gorgeous hotel. We were given adjoining rooms— beautifully decorated, and ever so comfortable. We dined in the restaurant- Thiebault, who served us, was terrific and took note of my daughter’s food allergy. We enjoyed a divine meal before tucking in. Our only regret was not staying longer!

St. Gilles was exceptional in every category. The staff, food and facilities were perfect. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful and the staff tried to have each meal very healthy and all natural.

Cottun is a very small village - we didn't really leave our booked accommodation much to explore but it was extremely picturesque which was helped by the lovely weather.
The historic city of Bayeux is less than 10 minutes away with it's wealth of sights and shops. The Normandy coast is also close and well worth a visit.
