The house was very authentic & traditional and also very well-kept clean. It was a very calm and tranquil area within nature. Sophie welcomed us and showed us to our room, helping to carry our panniers. She immediately made us feel at home and graciously accommodated our request to cook up our supper outside on the patio; even going so far as to cook up our pasta and chill our wine. Laurent joined us from work about then and we had some good conversation. The bed was very comfortable; we both slept soundly all night. The shrubs around the property make it very quiet and private. The property was immaculately clean.
