Our room on arrival was close to the lift,so very busy and noisy. When we mentioned that we'd requested a quiet room, a suitable one was found for us. As it was our 35th wedding anniversary, a big fuss was made of us with fresh fruit, cheese, wine and cake. Each member of staff was courteous and very helpful.
