Molinaseca is a lively town. A lot of excellent restaurants, bars and hostels. Mountains and a river surround it. Through a nice track, 3 km away, there are two Roman bridges. It's nice for a morning walk. I saw 2 deers this morning.

Molinseca is a very beautiful town. Full of character.
Molinseca is a very beautiful town. Full of character. Some of the restaurants/ cafes were on the Riverside which was great. The locals were swimming in the river when I was there. I was happy I stayed there.

The owner Raul was such a character.
The owner Raul was such a character. He explained everything to us as the buffet breakfast was self service. He was delighted that we were staying for 3 nights as a lot of people probably only stayed overnight on their pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela The room was spotless and a decent bathroom made the stay very comfortable. He ran the supermarket within the building and his brother Jorge ran a nearby restaurant. The brothers could not be more helpful. Our party were given a signed bottle of wine on our departure. A really nice touch.
I liked the warm feel of the guest's reception area. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. I was lucky to have met the owners Patricia and Jorge while seated at a local hangout. Patricia offered a tour of the property which has been in her family for generations. The property and family have a lot of history in Molinaseca and we had the privilege of a personal guided tour!
Wonderful quiet room with a laundry line on the balcony - perfect for pilgrims. Perfect location close to everything including the river. Loved having a fan in the room as temperatures were in the 30s celcius. Paid €$6 for breakfast the next morning served at their second location, Albergue San Nicolas, around the corner the next day. Delicious. Loved Molinaseca and this albergue.
Mara and José are a lovely couple. They are the most caring hosts I have ever met in Spain.
The house is located in a quiet area of Molinaseca, and at the same time, it is close to restaurants and bars.
The breakfast prepared by them is better than a five-star hotel. More importantly, you can feel at home here.
The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and stylish. Rooms are super comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and gracious they went out of their way for us which was much appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. The price/quality ratio is outstanding. Such a lovely little village.
Lovely, small hotel in a picturesque location with a lovely view of the river in the old town. Secure location to store our bikes. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Great choice on the Camino and good value for money.
Great location in Molinaseca! Comfortable single bed in a dorm room with shared bathroom. Bathrooms and bunkroom were clean. Nice common room as well. Only wish the restaurant had been open the night I was here! Great place to stay in Molinaseca!
Wonderful hosts and accommodations in a beautiful location. Very comfortable and clean rooms and the friendliest welcome I’ve had on the Camino so far. I want to return to Molinaseca again just to stay here. Best stop on Camino Frances.
Completely new renovated house in the center of Molinaseca. Everything was really clean, the kitchen is well equipped.
It was a really pleasent stay. If I was on the Camino again, I would definitly go there again!
Very nice old building that had been tastefully converted into a hotel. Right in the center of the old town on the Camino, near restaurants and coffee houses. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very comfortable, plenty of towels and hot water, very kind staff, perfect work table and chair to get some work finished in the room, nice restaurant across the street—not connected to hotel
Fantastic welcome and tour from Jose. Hostel is modern and has fantastic facilities. Our laundry was done in no time and we even got a great map and recommendations for Molinaseca
One of the cleanest place I stayed in Spain. Good beds, quiet and breezy. Friendly, welcoming staff. A few minutes walk to the pretty riverside village of Molinaseca.
